Keeptto.com Refund & Exchange Policy

The 7-day Exchange policy of Keeptto.com allows customers to exchange items purchased from their website or mobile site for any reason within 7 days of receiving the item. Here's how it works:

  1. Condition of the Item: The item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are allowed to try on the product, but they must take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

  2. Exchange Fee: A nominal exchange fee of Rs. 99 will be charged for all exchanges. This fee covers the cost of processing and handling the exchange and will be included in the replacement order invoice.

  3. Stock Availability: All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Only size exchanges are allowed. If a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different product, they must return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.

  4. Exchange Process: Customers can initiate an exchange request through their Keeptto.com account. The exchange will be picked up within 2-5 business days from the requested placement date. The courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the exchange request.

  5. Refund Policy: Keeptto.com 7 days  refund policy. They accept returns only for size exchanges. If the desired size is not available, customers will receive a credit voucher worth the product price (excluding shipping charges). Faulty items will be replaced with the correct product.

  6. Store Credits: After returning a product, customers will receive store credits in the form of Keeptto.com Credit Vouchers, which can be used on future orders. These vouchers cannot be used to cover shipping and COD charges.

  7. Second Exchange and Failed Pick-up: Keeptto.com does not have a second exchange policy. If a customer wants to initiate a second exchange, an amount of INR 250 will be charged. The exchange request can be raised only once for one order, and three attempts will be made to pick up the item. If the pickup fails after the third attempt, it will be marked as failed.

  8. Damaged/Defective/Incomplete/Wrong Order: Customers should inspect their order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, they should contact Keeptto.com immediately to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Overall, the exchange policy aims to provide customers with flexibility and options while ensuring that the process is fair and transparent.
